In addition to new items arriving this turned out to be another powder coat month as more and more items are returned from the shop.
I put the fork tubes together after being polished using a gator socket purchased from e-bay that works great
to loosen the bottom bolts.
Oxi Clean is known to remove yellow stains in plastic. However, after letting sit overnight the yellow remains on plastic oil tank.
The following components were completed this month
- Install Front tire
- Triple tree powder coated
- Front Caliper Ninja EX 500
- Powder coat battery box
- Powder coat chain guard
- Powder coat rear fender
- Powder coat handle bar holders
- Install triple tree with forks
