CDI unit will be guted out and rebuilt by Jim Hobbs at
Lakeland Services Co.
There are two sets of CDI's, one works the other doesnt and missintg one CDI Unit-B rectifier.
I will search both the forum and ebay.
The main idea is to heat the material to where it crumbles
out as you chip away inside with a screwdriver. There are
several methods to remove the material inside
the unit.
- Blow torch
- Oven bake
- Glue gun or soilder iron
